New Feature in Chat Log and Call Log
- For SWS Service Call: Automatically fill in the mobile number based on the customer's name.
- Fetch Details from Terabyte: Retrieve additional information using the mobile number.
- If Data is Found:
- Auto-fill the chat GUID (using the Terabyte account reseller-type chat GUID).
- Assign the Reseller's username as the assignee.
- Display the address and Reseller's username in the Remarks section.
