New Feature in Chat Log and Call Log

  1. For SWS Service Call: Automatically fill in the mobile number based on the customer's name.

  2. Fetch Details from Terabyte: Retrieve additional information using the mobile number.

  3. If Data is Found:
    • Auto-fill the chat GUID (using the Terabyte account reseller-type chat GUID).
    • Assign the Reseller's username as the assignee.
    • Display the address and Reseller's username in the Remarks section.
