NOTE:
- When converting a Sales Order Draft to a Sales Order from Accounts, the 'Bill To' and 'Ship To' fields should appear as text boxes, automatically populated with values from the draft. For Direct Sales Order Processing, these fields should be presented as drop-down menus.
